Taking the Bible Verse from Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the Pure in Heart for they will see God. Waldemar discusses how we can experience God in all his fullness by obtaining a pure heart, but how can we accomplish that when we struggle with our sinful desires?

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? With this in mind how can we hope to obtain a heart that is pure?

Never fear, God tells us in Psalm 51:10 Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. So we understand from this that God Himself can create a pure heart within us. Not only that, but He can also strengthen our spirit.
The wonderful thing about God however, is that he doesn’t force the issues with us. He expects us to make choices and set intentions on our own.

In 1 John 3:3 All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.
So what does this mean? God says he’ll purify us, yet he tells us to purify ourselves. How do we do this? Well, through proper meditation grounded in Biblical Principals we can still the distractions of our sinful mind and corrupted heart.

Through powerful breathing techniques and focused intentions of our heart, we can destroy the layers of doubt, fear, anger, self-centeredness, etc… that keeps us from having a pure heart. Once we’ve identified what it is that has a hold of our heart, we can open ourselves up to God’s power. This allows Him to purify us, to cleanse our heart thus allowing the fullness of his love to emerge from within.

This is a beautiful process you’ll want to try out for yourselves.
