The Heart



Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” Matthew 5:8

How do we gain that pureness of heart in order to see God.  Christian Meditation is the key to this, but mainstream Christianity looks down on anything that may hint towards higher conscious awareness, why? As Christians we need to begin to investigate what scientific finding are occurring that can help us strengthen our inner beings and help us with the development of our spiritual growth. The study of the heart is a fascinating subject. Once again we at Christian Meditation Today we look towards our inner being and the Holy Spirit who resides within us to begin the process of purification of the heart.

Job 34:14

If he should set his heart to it and gather to himself his spirit and his breath, all flesh would perish together, 

Psalm 7:9

Oh, let the evil of the wicked come to an end, and may you establish the righteous— you who test the minds and hearts, O righteous God!

Psalm 13:5

But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.

Psalm 16:7

I bless the Lord who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me.

Psalm 51:6

Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart.

Psalm 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
